1、首先需要將鋼絲盤(pán)直，屋子里面有一個(gè)盤(pán)條機(jī)，因?yàn)槟婀鉀](méi)有拍到，它把一捆一捆的鋼絲盤(pán)直。。

2、根據(jù)電桿的長(zhǎng)度，將盤(pán)直的鋼絲截成需要的長(zhǎng)度，鋼絲是要做成水泥電線(xiàn)桿的配筋（相當(dāng)于緯線(xiàn)）。

4、把盤(pán)直的鋼絲每根電桿至少8根筋，我們公司為了穩(wěn)固都要求是12根筋（這可是多了不止一根筋，）。同時(shí)用細(xì)鋼絲盤(pán)成羅圈的緯線(xiàn)，環(huán)繞著作為緯線(xiàn)的鋼絲，結(jié)合的地方用鐵絲綁牢，這樣在模具中就有了水泥電桿的龍骨。然后用一定比例的水泥澆灌滿(mǎn)。
